Omnicron variant symptoms: slight sniffly nose, runny nose, stuffy nose, headache, slight sore throat; in children these symptoms may be accompanied by a febrile rash over trunk and spreading to limbs. The rash is also described as a ‘geographic rash’ which migrates over the body, appearing in one site then disappearing and reappearing elsewhere.
Delta variant symptoms: increased temperature, new or persistent cough, loss of sense of smell or taste.
Double vaccinated patients with/out booster may exhibit less easily identifiable covid symptoms.
