Please complete a lateral flow test ahead of your appointment.
Please do not attend the practice if you/members of your household have been unwell in the last 48 hours. This includes ANY recent symptoms of respiratory or digestive illness.
This includes ANY recent symptoms of respiratory or digestive illness, also including:
Omicron variant symptoms: slight sniffly nose, runny nose, stuffy nose, headache, slight sore throat; in children these symptoms may be accompanied by a febrile rash over trunk and spreading to limbs. The rash is also described as a ‘geographic rash’ which migrates over the body, appearing in one site then disappearing and reappearing elsewhere.
Delta variant symptoms: increased temperature, new or persistent cough, loss of sense of smell or taste.
Double vaccinated patients with/out booster may exhibit less easily identifiable covid symptoms.

All communications are treated in strict confidence and enable a triage call ahead of your appointment.
On arrival: Please arrive at your designated appointment time only. This enables social distancing between patients and deep cleaning of premises throughout between each patient.
