Soft Tissue Therapist and Sport Massage
After serving in the British Army for a number of years, I became interested in sport and injury management. I decided to take the leap in 2005, and started working with private clientele in London as a Personal Trainer.
To further enhance my knowledge I qualified as a Soft tissue Therapist in 2009 and completed a Master of Osteopathy in 2013. I am a member of the Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage (ISRM) and have studied applied functional science with the Gray Institute.
Over the last 14 years I have developed my technique with the aim to help my clients reach their fitness goals, reduce the risk of injury and support in recovery.
Mindfulness and Meditation Practicioner
Yvette Jane founded Place of Serenity, Hampshire in 2008. She works as a Mindfulness and Meditation Coach, grounded in 5 year’s study in energy healing. Her courses are for anyone looking to empower themselves mentally and emotionally. This means dealing effectively with stress, challenging thoughts and emotions and living a more balanced and joyful life. She is the author of a range of wellbeing books including ‘Mindfulness for Every Day’ and ‘Mindfulness for Mums’.
