An introduction to Osteopathy and Cranial Osteopathic assessment and principles of treatment for female health in later years, with taster sessions providing information, support and practical advice. Topics explored may range from bladder sensitivity, urinary frequency and incontinence; prolapse of the bladder and uterus and relationship to the function of pelvic girdle, hip and lower back. Seen from an Osteopathic perspective, with practical tips and support in a safe, supportive environment with Q and A’s and practical taster sessions.
